Green Orchid With White Edging
Its time for another ♥ I Heart Macro Sunday! ♥
My computer has a serious virus and it’s in the shop. They were unable to remedy the issues, so they have to back everything up, wipe the disc and then reinstall all the programs. So not happy about this!
I had a couple of weeks worth of macro shots on my computer, but they are not available to me now. I’m currently using my husband’s computer. I do have a number of macro shots from early spring that I had saved to his computer and that’s what I’m sharing today. This orchid macro was taken in the Botanical Building in San Diego’s Balboa Park.
Lori of Studio Waterstone hosts a weekly blog hop of close-up photos.

I know the problem well, having gone through recently. My computer could not be fixed, had to get a new one.
Love that close up.
Orchid’s are such wonderful photo ops….all the lovely colors and textures. Beautiful shot. Good luck with the computer….what would we do without them these days!
Gorgeous closeup Linda – all those wonderful curvy shapes, and those colours …!
gorgeous shot….it looks like an alien spieces! ;o)
Having trouble with Mr Linky, here’s my entry for today

hello gorgeous xxx
OK, well, Blogger wouldn’t let me comment on your blog. 😦 You had a great shot! I was trying to decide what was inside the window. A restaurant? Very cool shot.
nice colors. I love the nature shots. I know what you mean about computers on the fritz. I bought a 1terrabyte portable hard drive to store all my stuff. I’ve gone through too many reformats to risk losing any of my stuff again. pain in the arse.
I feel your pain with the computer issues. This past week I got a virus on the computer at work and I won’t even tell you how many times we have had to had this computer (not even a year old yet) wiped clean.
I love the orchid picture, all the different yellows and greens and the textures are stunning!
Stunning photo! Orchid photos are always gorgeous! So sorry about the computer. Hope you get it back soon!
This is gorgeous! Amazing color too!
Love those colors – never thought bright green and maroon would look so nice together – will have to give it a try!
Beautiful photo, Linda! Such incredible detail! My orchids are finally blooming so hopefully will get a few good shots to share on FB 🙂
Wonderful photo! I really like the colors of this orchid. I tried to grow them many years ago. Mostly Cattleya’s and Cymbidium’s. They are so pretty, but so much work.
That is a great photo, orchids are amazing!
This shot is just beautiful! I do hope that you’re back in business soon.
